Chicago’s Dexter Walker and Zion Movement Take Top Honors at HSTS

Zion MovementDexter Walker and Zion Movement now carries the distinction of being “America’s Best Gospel Choir”  as the Chicago based group was named the grand prize winner of the Verizon Wireless How Sweet the Sound Competition. 

Regional winners included: St. Mark Sanctuary Choir (Dallas Regional Winner and National Runner Up); Atlanta West Pentecostal Church (Atlanta Regional Winner); 4 the Caz of Christ (Washington, D.C. Regional Winner); Power in Praise Mass Choir (Newark Regional Winner); The Apostolic Church Sanctuary Choir (Detroit Regional Winner); and DaNell Daymon & the Greater Works Chorale (Los Angeles Regional Winner).
