Ziel Makes Their Return

Zie’l captured the attention of the Gospel music industry with their stunning debut album GENESIS, which featured remakes of the Clark Sisters’ “Is My Living In Vain” and the Clara Ward Singers iconic staple,  “Surely He’s Able.” September 2nd marks their return with the release of their sophomore project for Dream Gospel offering praise and worship, traditional gospel, soulful r&b infusions and always flawlessly mesmerizing vocals that will cement Zie’l as one of the greatest feZiel picmale groups in contemporary Gospel music.

Christina Bell says: “Words can’t describe the multitude of gratefulness that I have towards God. His faithfulness towards us is indescribable. Ministry is my hearts desire and I’ll forever remember this “Beautifully” “Truthful” album.”

“This has been an exciting but grueling process and I am so happy to see this album come to fruition,” says Crystal Bell. “God is truly amazing!”

A CD release concert was held on August 31st at Bright Star Baptist Church in their hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana, and the group is heading out on a promotional tour covering New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington,D.C. before heading to the southeast cities of Dallas, Houston and Nashville.

Twinkie UnpluggedClark Sisters Fans Rejoice! Dr. Elbernita Twinkie Clark begins 2013 with the release of the first single from her Live and Unplugged CD recorded last year. The single is Speak Lord (a remake from TCS Is My Living In Vain album) and features Karen Clark Sheard. A companion video will be released via youtube and the full project is scheduled for a Spring, 2013 release.

UPDATE: Grad your tambourines! Twinkie Clark tells GOSPELflava there is a remake of The Clark Sisters Hallelujah (the ultimate shout song made famous by Dr. Mattie Moss Clark and the International Mass Choir of the Church of God in Christ)  on the CD as well,
