Tuesday saw the release of the new project from Bishop Paul Morton. Ted Winn composed 2 songs for the project; Living In His Favor (the Curse is Broken) and The Best Is Yet to Come. Many will remember The Best Is Yet to Come from Ted and Sheri’s The Healing Starts Here 2001 CD. Karen Clark Sheard joins Bishop Morton on a revamped remake of the Thomas Whitfield classic, The Grass Withereth. There is also a nice family track featuring Bishop Morton, son PJ and daughter Jasmine. Jasmine’s husband and film producer Elvin Ross is generating buzz around his documentary that continues the story of the descendants of Kunta Kinteh, popularized in the Alex Haley Roots miniseries of the 1970s.
