Sisterly duo Mary Mary are starting off 2012 right with a new single, the title track, from their forthcoming project “Go Get It“. They are also preparing for the premiere of their reality TV series on WE tv, which will begin airing March 29th at 10pm. Mary Mary are coming off of the heels of a successful 2011 with their “Something Big” project, ASCAP award, BET Awards, and the list goes on. Erica and Warryn Campbell welcomed a new child into their family as well. We are all anticipating great things from the group this year and beyond. You can check out the single on Soundcloud.

GOSPElflava congratulates Warryn and Erica Campbell (of Mary Mary) on the birth of their daughter Zaya Monique Campbell. The couple welcomed their third child on Tuesday January 24, 2011 weighing 6lbs and 12 oz. Both the mother and baby are resting comfortably.
Stay tuned to your TV’s as Mary Mary’s self titled reality show debuts on WETV on March 29th at 10PM EST and will continue each week at 9pm with 10 hour long episodes. The duo had a very successful 2011 with multiple award nominations and wins along with performances on major network specials.

Churches across the nation submitted their entries for the “Something Big” contest. The “Something Big” contest provided an opportunity for churches to highlight a need in their community that they were able to provide a solution for. The winner of the contest would receive a personal concert at their church by Mary Mary and breakfast courtesy of The Pillsbury Brand. The Winner of the “Something Big” contest is the True Holy Church-City of Refuge church in Brooklyn, N.Y. They have been operating a kitchen pantry and clothing pantry since 1988 and have served approximately 33,000 people in 2010. On average they distribute 275 bags of food per week.
Congratulations to the True Holy Church-City of Refuge for the wonderful work they are doing in the community. Congratulations to Mary Mary as they continue to encourage folks across the nation and worlwide to do “Something Big” in their world.

Gospel Super Duo Mary Mary took home the award for “Best Gospel Performance” at this year’s Soul Train Awards. The star studded show was held on November 17th at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Ga. and aired on November 27th on BET. This year’s event celebrated the 40th anniversary of Soul Train and featured notable performances by Mary Mary as well as BeBe Winans.

Gospel Duo Mary Mary will be kicking off the Spring of 2012 with a bang!! The sensational singing duo are teaming up with the WeTV cable network for a brand new original reality series tentatively titled “Mary Mary“. This is wonderful news! There are so many images of women in the media in the reality tv category, however not many that are Kingdom minded. It’s wonderful to see Gospel artists being given a shot to be represented on TV in this way. The series is scheduled to premiere on Thursday March 29th, 2012 at 9PM EST/PT. They are scheduled for 8 (hour long) episodes.
Congratulations to Mary Mary and WeTV! Let’s support this endeavor! We are looking forward to seeing the ladies on our TV screens. Mary Mary continues to be true to their word and are doing it big! They are a trailblazing and trendsetting group for the world to watch!

The dynamic duo known as Mary Mary are the epitome of being able to create gospel music that resonates not only with churchgoers, but those who may not be avid gospel music lovers. They reach the entire world! They are being honored at the 24th ASCAP Rhythm& Soul Music Awards with the “Golden Note” award. This award is bestowed upon artists that have achieved great milestones in their musical career, so it’s no surprise that Mary Mary (Erica&Tina Campbell) will be recipients of this great honor!
